My sister ordered a cake for me and even shelled out extra cash for a priority delivery scheduled between 10am and 3pm on December 31, 2022. We were pretty let down when it showed up around 7:15 to 7:25pm instead. We're really hoping to get that delivery fee back since it cost a pretty penny.

The relabeling was done right on schedule, and that Naked cake? Absolutely delightful!

I’m left wondering how to get my money back, just like they said on their site. I’ve never dealt with such poor customer service before. Sure, mistakes happen, but completely ignoring customers and not trying to fix things? That’s just plain wrong.

I placed an order for a birthday cake online. Not long after, Joseph sent me a WhatsApp message. Within just 4 hours on the same day, a Nutella Temptation Birthday Cake arrived at my friend's place. It was an amazing cake that Richard and his family absolutely loved.

They claimed a street was blocked and promised it would arrive on Monday, but that didn’t happen either. Now it’s been a week, and nobody has reached out to explain what’s going on. The customer service was awful when I called to find out when I might see my order. Seriously, don’t buy anything from this place. Total scam.

Update on 17 October: Still no word from them to fix this mess. I had to reach out myself. My order number is 14655. I really hope they’ll have the decency to issue a refund.

I reached out to see if they could do a cake with decorated sides while I handled the top, and they were super accommodating. We ended up with a big cake (10x6) that was just delicious - so airy and light! It made it through a 2.5 hour journey to the venue and still tasted great on the way back. It ain't the cheapest option, but you definitely get your money's worth; the quality and flavor were top-notch!

I absolutely adore their customer support!! I'm really grateful for the fantastic service! They managed to get a cake I requested in the morning delivered the same day to my sister, and everyone raved about how tasty it was!! You definitely won't be disappointed ordering from this place😍
